We may make available AI-powered tools on our site from time to time, which may include:

a pitch deck analysis tool, through which you may upload a pitch deck or other materials and receive an AI-generated report, score, analysis or other output; and

By using any such tool, you confirm that:

you have all rights, permissions and lawful basis necessary to upload, submit or otherwise provide any materials, prompts, questions, documents or other content;

any materials you submit comply with these website terms of use and our AI Use Policy; and

you are responsible for reviewing and deciding whether any outputs are suitable for your purposes.

We may receive, access and use the inputs and outputs relating to such tools for the purposes of operating, supporting, maintaining and improving our site and AI-powered tools. To the extent that any such inputs or outputs contain personal data, we will process that personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The pitch deck analysis report and any other outputs generated by such tools may be made available both to you and to us.

By submitting any materials, prompts, questions, documents or other content when using an AI-powered tool on our site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid up, sub-licensable, and transferable licence to host, store, copy, transmit, process, analyse and use those materials and any outputs generated from them to the extent reasonably necessary to operate, provide, maintain, support, monitor, secure and improve our site and the relevant AI-powered tools, including for internal analytics, quality assurance, feature development and troubleshooting, and to make any outputs available to you and to us, in each case in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Use of AI-generated outputs

you are responsible for ensuring that any pitch deck or other material you upload is lawful and that you have the right to provide it;

we do not verify, review or validate any pitch deck or other material you upload before any report or analysis is generated;

any report, score, analysis or other output is generated automatically using artificial intelligence;

any such output does not represent our endorsement, approval, validation or verification of any business, product, service, activity or underlying pitch deck; and

you must not use or share any such output in a way that suggests that we have reviewed, validated, endorsed or approved the pitch deck or the underlying business.

Any output generated by the pitch deck analysis tool is:

any response does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or other professional advice, and does not constitute any form of regulated or reserved service or activity;

any response does not constitute a binding commitment, representation or warranty by us;

your use of the chatbot does not amount to giving us legal notice or formal notice for the purposes of any contract, claim or complaint; and

if you need to contact us formally, you must use the contact details and procedures expressly stated on our site or in any applicable terms.
