Scope

This AI Use Policy applies to any AI-powered tools, features or functionality we make available from time to time, whether on our public website or within our paid platform and services, including:

any AI chatbot made available on the public website;

any pitch deck analysis tool made available on the public website; and

any AI-powered tools made available within our paid platform and services,

• (each an "AI Tool").

In this AI Use Policy:

"Inputs" means any prompts, instructions, questions, documents, files, text, images, data or other material you upload, submit or otherwise provide when using an AI Tool.

"Outputs" means any content, report, score, analysis, summary, suggestion, recommendation or other output generated by an AI Tool in response to Inputs.

"AI Content" means Inputs and Outputs.

• For the avoidance of doubt, terms used in this AI Use Policy may be defined differently in other applicable terms (including our Terms of Service), but shall be interpreted in accordance with this AI Use Policy when used in this document.

This AI Use Policy applies in addition to any terms that apply to your use of our website and, if you use our paid platform and services, in addition to the Terms of Service. If there is any inconsistency, the Terms of Service will prevail in relation to use of the paid platform and services, and the Website Terms of Use will prevail in relation to use of the public website.

You must comply with this AI Use Policy in spirit as well as to the letter. We will determine, acting reasonably, whether your use of any AI Tool or AI Content complies with this AI Use Policy. You are responsible for any use of AI Tools through your account or under your control.

Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must use AI Tools lawfully and responsibly, and you must not:

use any AI Tool in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;

use any AI Tool for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect;

use any AI Tool to infringe third party rights (including intellectual property rights) or to breach any duty of confidence owed to a third party;

attempt to bypass, disable or interfere with any safety controls, access controls, usage limits or other restrictions in place in relation to an AI Tool;

attempt to gain unauthorised access to any accounts, systems or data, or to test or probe the security of any AI Tool, website or platform without our prior written permission; or

introduce malware, harmful code or any material intended to disrupt or damage systems or data.

You must not use our name, branding or Outputs (including any reports generated by AI Tools) in a way that suggests endorsement or approval by us, except to the extent expressly permitted in writing.

Prohibited AI Content

You must not submit, generate, upload, share, disseminate or otherwise use any AI Content that:

is unlawful, defamatory, harmful, threatening, abusive or offensive;

is discriminatory or hateful;

contains confidential information you are not authorised to disclose or use;

contains personal data of another person unless you have a lawful basis to share it with us for processing and doing so is necessary for your purpose;

infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any person;

is misleading or deceptive; 

impersonates any person or misrepresents any affiliation or endorsement;

encourages, promotes or assists unlawful activity; or

is used in a way that promotes, supports or legitimises unlawful, harmful or high-risk activities.

You must not use any AI Tool to upload, submit, generate, request, refine or disseminate content, or to support any activity, that is unlawful, harmful or high-risk in nature, including content or activities involving terrorism, extremism, violence, fraud or other criminal conduct.

Your responsibilities for Inputs and Outputs; no reliance

You are responsible for the Inputs you provide. You must ensure that any Inputs you submit are lawful, accurate (where they state facts) and appropriate for the purpose you intend.

You must independently review and verify Outputs before relying on them or using them for any purpose. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading or unsuitable for your circumstances. You must not rely on or present Outputs as verified, endorsed or approved by us.

We do not guarantee that any Output will be accurate, complete, suitable, fit for purpose, or achieve any particular result or outcome.

Outputs are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You should obtain independent professional advice (including legal advice) before acting (or refraining from acting) on the basis of any Output.

USE AND SHARING OF OUTPUTS

You must not use, publish, share or otherwise make available any Outputs (whether in whole or in part), whether on social media, websites or otherwise:

in a way that is misleading, deceptive or likely to create a false impression as to:

the nature, credibility or legitimacy of any business, product, service or activity; or

our endorsement, approval or verification of any person, business, content or activity;

in connection with any unlawful, harmful or high-risk activities, including (without limitation) terrorism, extremism, fraud or other criminal activity;

in a way that suggests or implies that we have reviewed, validated, endorsed or approved any Inputs, Outputs or underlying content, where this is not the case;

in a way that is likely to harm our reputation or brand, including by associating our name, logo or Outputs with inappropriate, unlawful or offensive content.

Where you share Outputs externally, you are responsible for ensuring that such use complies with this AI Use Policy and does not misrepresent the nature of the Outputs or your use of them.

You must not use Outputs for marketing, promotional or advertising purposes, or in any external communications intended to promote any business, product or service, without our prior written consent.

Security, privacy and sensitive information

You should not submit personal data, confidential information or sensitive information unless it is necessary for your purpose and you have the right to provide it.

You should not submit special category personal data (for example, information about health, biometrics, race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, or sex life) or information about criminal convictions or offences unless it is strictly necessary and you have a lawful basis to provide it.

Enforcement

We may refuse to process Inputs, remove or restrict access to any AI Content, and/or suspend or restrict access to any AI Tool (and, where applicable, our paid platform and services) where we reasonably consider it necessary to:

comply with applicable law;

protect the security, integrity or availability of our systems; or

enforce this AI Use Policy or other applicable terms.

If we suspend or restrict access under this AI Use Policy, we may reinstate access once (in our reasonable opinion) the relevant issue has been resolved and you have provided any information we reasonably request.

Updates

We may update this AI Use Policy from time to time by publishing an updated version on our website and/or within our platform. The AI Use Policy was most recently updated on 29 May 2026.
